Finished in 2014,

Skyfall is a unique chalet completed by international decorators and world class local artisans under the watchful eye of some of the most discerning owners in the world. It certainly justifies the superlatives that have been attached to it. In a world where they are often overused and understandably viewed with some cynicism, this is an all too rare example of where the epithets are, emphatically deserved.

Nestled into the mountainside below the towering Valluga peak, Skyfall commands breathtaking valley views from which it derives its name, and is the first private chalet to be built in the village for 50 years. Due to some of the most draconian planning laws in the EU it maybe a while before another follows in its footsteps!

Internally, extensive use has been made of antique wood, stone, fabrics and luxurious one- off soft furnishings to create four stand alone, hugely tasteful, apartments varying in size from 116 square metres to 275 square metres creating a total of 800 square metres of living space over four floors. The two largest apartments can be combined by private elevators, to make a 550 square metre apartment which sleeps 21 people over four floors.

The hallmark of this building is flexible accommodation suitable either for intimate family gatherings or large corporate ones in a total of ten ensuite double bedrooms and four separate living/dining areas that are perfect for breakout sessions. State of the art televisions and entertainment systems, saunas, traditional stand alone baths and David Linley designed kitchens, are amongst some of the treats in store for those who want to spend time in the last word in tasteful, anti-bling, Alpine luxury.
